1. The service
RydBazzar connects customers with independent drivers for one-way trips, round trips, airport transfers and hourly rentals. Fares shown at booking time are estimates based on the route and package you select; the final fare may vary with actual distance, duration, tolls and state taxes as itemised in your bill.
2. Bookings & cancellations
A booking is confirmed once a driver is assigned. Cancellations are free up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure; later cancellations may attract a cancellation charge, which will be shown before you confirm the cancellation.
3. Payments
You may pay an advance at booking and the balance to the driver at trip completion, as shown on the payment screen. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST where stated.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate pickup details, be reachable on the mobile number used for booking, and treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Unlawful use of the platform may result in account suspension.
