Information we collect
When you use RydBazzar we collect the information needed to provide our cab booking service: your mobile number (used for OTP login), your name and email if you add them to your profile, pickup and drop locations for trips you search or book, and payment-related details for bookings.
How we use it
Your information is used to create and manage bookings, connect you with a driver, share live trip status, process payments and provide customer support. Your pickup location is shared with the assigned driver only for the duration of the trip.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your mobile number with third parties except as required to deliver the service (for example, the driver assigned to your booking) or as required by law.
Data retention & your rights
Trip history is retained to support billing, disputes and legal requirements. You can request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting us at customer@rydbazzar.com.
