What if my flight is delayed?+
Tell us the flight and book for the scheduled landing. Waiting is free for the first 10 minutes after your pickup time — 45 minutes on a long outstation transfer — then charged by the minute, and the clock is shown in the app as it runs, so it is never a surprise at the end.
Where does the driver meet me?+
At the pickup bay outside your terminal at Cochin International Airport. You get the driver's name, number and number plate as soon as they accept, and you can follow the car on the map from the moment they set off for you.
Is the fare per person or for the car?+
For the car. A sedan fare is the same whether one person travels or four.
Is there a night charge?+
No separate night surcharge on an airport transfer. The fare you are quoted is the fare you pay, plus the airport's own charges at cost.
